| We live in the high-tech world. Due to the recent technological advances in the IT sphere, office work is no longer the same as it used to be decades ago, with piles of paper documents here and there around the office. Paper documents, undeniably, badly influenced the effectiveness of a firm and it took office staff a good deal of time and effort to manage them. At present the days of paper-cluttered offices are gone. There are no more 'in' and 'out' boxes filled with documents. Now everything is computerised and kept in the form of a databank.
No wonder that upgraded software programmes are introduced every day to facilitate the office work. These updated packages do not only do work much faster, but also far simpler. Most documents are kept in the PDF format, because it has a great many benefits over others. PDF files are of a smaller size and can be shielded with encryption and password tools. The PDF application is a compatible format. This enables a user to send and receive documents from co-workers efficiently.
PDF documents can range from a single-page file to more complex files, such as brochures, information sheets, white papers and technical manuals, some containing hundreds of pages, which makes them difficult to handle. Now and then, you may wish to print or mail a few pages from a PDF file or to extract a few pages into a new PDF papers leaving the original file unchanged. A solution is to use a PDF splitter tool. This kind of software is famous for being user-friendly. It allows you to pick out your original (input) PDF file and apply a splitting pattern in order to get the output document(s). Some advanced software packages contain a customised splitting option, similar to Doc printing pattern. For instance: 1,2,3; 1-5,3; 4-5. The result is three output files. The first one will contain pages one, two and three. The second PDF file will include pages 1-5 and page 3. The third one will contain only pages four and five.
It takes several mouse clicks to extract pages from PDF documents and does not require special knowledge. A detailed guide is provided by manufacturers. |
